Never mind I just found out why. Somebody opened fire on the Fairfax County Police Station right on 50 by West Ox. Craziness!!

EDIT: My bad it was the precinct all the way out in Chantilly, NOT the one by West Ox. Just reread the article. Still though, you got to be insane to do that shit and expect to live!
