I'd like to see someone fight it. I hate this states rules for stupid things and if the car is registered in another state Virginia needs to STFU and deal.

It is a fucked up place and you might loose in court though, but I would fight it. Oh and MAD DOHC about GTFO..believe me a lot of us are trying I hate this fuckin place and I tell all who I speak with to try not to get orders here
