It was a mustang show like stated above.

Right next to the airport in the community of Kiln Creek. They have a huge concrete area(not sure how to explain it).

They were running one car at a time for a 1/4 mile. I guess it was just a chance for all the old guys to get on it in their expensive mustangs.
