Hell I am surprised he did not just throw it out there that he was also running 9's. Pretty bold claim that you are going lay down the same numbers because you used the same parts. Many variables go into making HP, tuning being one, dyno tricks being another, and honesty about the other persons build would be another. People claim big numbers all the time, shops inflate numbers all the time, and some people like to keep secrets all the time.
