Typical "I know nothing about this car except what I hear on the internet response." Little did you know, the turbo was a T-67, a small turbo for a Supra. And big turbo supras don't have a problem spooling off the line, since they are now rasing the tires off the ground. Just need to know how to set up a car. But of course you would know that if you knew what you were talking about.

I was there at NB, me and Steve were talking about the Supra. We never said it would be slow, we were joking and talking about how it probably had a 100mm turbo and would run 9.0s at like 130. Also, wasn't the Supra guy looking for 700+hp out of his T-67. Thats not small by any street car standards. There is a lot more to a turbo than just inlet size. Its just that many Supra owners and especially RX-7 owners are conned into buying the biggest turbo they can get because they think it will make the most power.
