My brother's car got flooded yesterday (he's in Houston)...

It's a 96 Integra and he said that water was about 2-3 feet deep and got into the car.

The car turned over once, but he quickly turned it of and since then, it will not turn over anymore.

He said that there was water on the ecu plugs...

He's going to check to see if he gets spark and switch out another ecu from a friend today...

Is there anything else he can do?
