I had the same question up here about a year ago, my h22 hatch had the same problem (sold it before I fixed it) and my h22a1 lude did it too. It just revved from 1k to 3k back and fourth. I unplugged the TPS and it was just at a steady 3k. It was totalled before it was fixed as well.
