ok, first off, im only 17. i know there have been many people from on this board who have ran up at dinwiddie before they were 18. what are the requirements for passing the tech inspection? my main fear is that my rear tires are showing tread, so i dont assume they would let me run. just wondering, because i would like to get a run in before i begin to mod this engine, since my other motor decided to blow up.
