I agree with Jestible. Judges are not complete idiots, they are gonna know you were speeding. Plus I think trying to dispute proper radar equipment will just make you look like an asshole, which is a huge risk to take when a judge has so much discretion. Just go in there, tell the truth, be very polite, dress nice (shows respect for the court) and hope for the best. You wouldn't believe some of the trash that comes into the court dressing like they are hanging around their own house. Judges get so tired of seeing disrespectful people mouthing off to them, or denying accusations, or dressing like a bum, that they will be pleased and impressed that you are different, and that's good for you. (My dad had me talk to one of his judge friends before I had court last week.)

The case right before mine was 74/55, same road and trooper as me, same day even. He got slapped with the whole thing. I went right after him, 73/55 and the judge dropped it to a 64/55 for me.
