Nope, apparently this is a rotating effect. For a while, NoVa was full of idiots that didn't realize there was more than one forum on the whole board, so they posted all thier shit in regional.

They got a fresh set of moderation due to it.

Then Central decided they were too good for SPO as well, and posted about 4 SPOs a day in their regional forum...and got a new set of moderators as well.

Now Western has finally joined the ranks of regions that don't know what the fuck they are doing on the internet.
