Check your master cylinder make sure it is'nt busted up and your lever needs to pivot freely make sure it is'nt binding up in the perch. After all that I'd take some brake cleaner and spray the life out of the front calipers to clean them off and then bleed the front brakes. Also check make sure your fork's are'nt all twisted up in the triples.

If all that does'nt work i'd pull the calipers off and inspect them. Make sure all the pins and retainers are in order and make sure the pistons move in and out clean them up too. hope that helps
