Don't go to Cottmans thats missed up my friends 2000 golf. Had it for 2 weeks and kept saying everything was old and that his tranny was bad and needed a new one. Then when he got one and sent it to them they said they had to take it out then. Lies after lies. When he got it back they put the lankage in wrong and used chicken wire to tie the shifter to the linkage because it was an inch apart then when he took it back they said the wire missed the lankage up and made him pay for the lankage even tho it was their fault. I would never take anything to them. Go to the tranny shop next to Noyan in Manassas. They do good work.
