Wow dude, if you only want to spend $500, then maaco may be your only option. Just because you want all of the 3 (quality, cheap, and speed) doesn't mean you'll get it. Either learn to paint yourself or sacrafice quality. Mid grade paint from any paint store is gonna set you back at least $250. Being red, look closer to $300. You do the math.
