not worth it on a budget. the h22 head swap is not worth it on a budget. get your head ported and polished, get a equal length manifold, then get the turbo and managment & piping & etc. F series take very well to boost and as long as you keep it under 10psi you should be fine with stock internals and moderate fuel managment. a guy i work with has a log style mani but it's for an f22b1 not sure if they'll work on a f23a. i'll look into it.
