Default Noyans just gave me a quote...any advice?

full swap, wiring, hoses, all the little stuff, motor/tranny/ecu tuning for a b18c for about 4500...

is that too much? it sounds reasonable to me if they take care of everything in about 2-3 days assuming i provide them a clutch...and they said they had a program or somehting to go from obd2 and back for emissions issues on a 96 civic hatch.

if i do this, its going to be after winter...i need the swap to be done reliably...as much as i would love to have someone doit for 500 in their garage...and save me 1-1.5k but i cannot run into problems because i do fulltime school and fulltime work (spread out on two jobs...)
