very true, but both of mine were just wrong place at the wrong time.

the first one i got was on Magruder and the cop was sitting in the median. I went by him at the speed limit and he pulled out and pulled me over. It was a younger officer and a much older one, and the older one "walked him through" the entire ticket writing process. So i was basically just a practice run on something simple (tint ticket) for a rookie cop.

the second ticket was on 64 near richmond. I got a flat tire on my way home from work and the officer pulled up behind me as i was changing it, wrote me my ticket and than asked if i needed any help
