You don't have to tell me strait up here but, if someone who knows could point me in the direction of a website or state code or a method of legalizing I'd appreciate it.

I searched and noticed that it was a rather touchy subject for the ones that have done it (i'm assuming because they're protecting those who helped them get their car done, which is very respectable.) But anyone that can point me in the right direction to finding this info would be great.

Half my family lives in Japan so it would be nice to bring something home if i ever visit again... haha
