Ok, so here's my diagnosis.
The injectors work fine, because if they didn't the car wouldn't start.
Chances are, you have a critical sensor fault, most likely something that senses rotating position. The engine is turning over and the ECU is freaking out when it can't figure out where it is after the crank cycle is done.
Any check engine lights, and are you using the correct ECU for that engine?
deffinatley sounds like the ecu cant figure out where to be on the timing/fuel maps.
