I guess there is a possibility that you may not even realize or feel it if you're in the cab of an 18 wheeler, but I'm pretty sure the driver would realize he ran over a fucking car. Blatant disregard to the rest of the world! What if you had been in the car? ...or what if he had ran over you as you were pushing a stroller to the car, and he kept going? Fry him!
