If they pay, and it's unreasonable to the point where it's offensive... I would refuse the offer and contact an attorney. That should not be an issue though.
I'm sure they will have the damage evaluted before throwing out an offer. I would also assume they are smart enough to pay all damages with a problem. Of course if they say they won't pay enough toi fix it or if totaled pay its value, then hell yeah contact an attorney. But, depending on how big a deal it is, calling a lawyer might cost you more then its worth.
