You should convert into an OBD1 then get a chipped/socketed ECU to run CROME. With that kind of modification you should get something to tune it with. OBD2 doesnt do you justice neither, since those ECU's are very prone to emission standards. Do you have an active CEL right now?
Bottom line, get CROME and talk to a tuner like MJ at Dyno Inc or mshue on here. These guys are more than capable...... GOODLUCK.
