My buddy has an 05 R1, I ride it sometimes it is not more than I can handle but its not as fun as hearing my 600 scream at 10k plus in the turns..but to each his own just dont get a liter bike then wad it up so my insurance goes up because they say younger guys are not responsible ..Arent you at camp lejune there has to be a shit load of people down there realizing this time of year oh shit I cant afford this bike ..Thats when you swoop in and pick it up cheap before they realize how cheap they let there bike go for
I don't know why people aren't realizing that I haven't just ridden my SRAD. I have ridden a 06 636 and it just wasn't enough for me. I am VERY COMFORTABLE ON A R1 and I am not your average stupid young rider that wants to impress the ladies by doing wheelies and shit. If you guys don't want a damn liter bike it doesn't mean that I don't need one. I am very confident in my abilities as a rider and I value my life too much to get into something that I know I am not ready for.

I have looked on the lemon lots here in Lejeune and there isn't much to offer. I really want a zx10 but I can't find any cheap enough.
