Do NOT
DO NOT give any business to EIP. I'm not opposed to doing a turbo VR6. The potential is there for big numbers and a really fun ride. Mine was a blast when I finally got it running right. However, trust me when I say that you don't want to be "the first". I was one of the first to do the stuff I did to my car and it took forever to get it all right. Add the extra complexity of a smaller engine bay, AWD, auto tranny, and a low production number brand new motor and you're really talking nightmares. My advice to you would be to either leave it stock, or wait to see if VF puts out a SCer for it.
Again, DO NOT do ANY business with EIP. They are far and away the worst company I've ever dealt with. I gave them chance after chance to fix their mistakes. Rich at EIP is a great salesman and will make you think they're the greatest company out there for a VW. They aren't. They are in my opinion, the worst.
