yes. but im not sure if im going to be here much longer or not, im thinking of going into computer game design, and well.. there are no real companys in this area... closest is NC with Ubisoft (FarCry people)... so yea. if i end up jus doing some random computer job im getting a house this summer, if i with my gaming idea im moving in a year and 1/2....

I know my rent is the same as a monthy house payment on a 260K house but with all the ins and upkeep to the house/yard im better off jus in an apt for now until i deside on where i wanna go with my career.
