I'd rather not get into this argument, but along with the guy above me... What about those who really don't plan on sticking around va beach for much longer?

I mean, I'd have to get atleast two roommates to afford a 3 bedroom place around here. My mom had to go all the way to suffolk to get a 2 bedroom condo for 220k. Hell, in the area I'm in now a 3 bedroom 4200 sq. ft. condo just went for 4 million and 700 sq. ft 1 bedroom goes for over 300k.

I plan on getting this hell out of this area as soon as my lease if up... but I'll still be renting as I have no clue where I want to settle down and doubt I'll be staying anywhere I live for over a year. I'm to young to get stuck in a place long enough to justify buying something.
