i moved outta my peeps house at 17. bought my first condo at 23 for 155K at the oceanfront. I am now 25 and have about 75K in equity. I dont plan on staying in the area forever, but its nice to know that when i do move, I'll have a little pocket money. Buying a home is buying a appreciating value and just a simple investment in my eyes.
