18,000 miles on the RSX. Motor Trend or Road and Track whatever only pulled a 15.4 out of there RSX. Ive run my 95 civic sedan DX power to a ground pounding 16.4 at dinwiddie just last year, so its not like I cant drive a car or anything, but the first time I ever raced the civic i started in the 17s and worked my way down, after driving it awhile I was able to pull better times every time I ran. So im thinking its the same thing with the RSX, I havent really raced it at all. I mean its a big difference racing from a cruising pace on the highway to harnessing 200 horses from a dead stop to the damn front wheels. Only time will tell, but I think I will invest in a few toys before I run again. Mainly the J's Racing Engine Torque Damper and Energy Suspension motor mount inserts and some better damn tires. So I wouldnt blame my poor times on lack of track experience, but more so on my lack of RSX experience. It's all in good fun anyway. To the thread jackers, jack away, I wanted to get everyone who came down the other night on this post with times and numbers, but if domestic and import owners need a space to fight, then more power to you. In the immortal words of someone else...woohooo!
