I recently found a deal on a car in PA that might be too good to pass up. i was just wondering if the laws were any different when trying to transfer the title if the title is from another state. i know in PA you have to have a notary to transfer the title up there, but seeing as how im only buying it there, and bringing it here, would that apply?
