read read and read all about what people with VR6s have done and learn from the people that have alreday ventured down this exact road. There are some VR6 kits, there are some companies that sell the pieces to the kits and then there are people with experiances that you can learn from. I've know/known a number of people that have turboed VR6s and alls I can say that you better know what you are getting into before hand.
