well i havent been in the situation but there are some appraisers in the area and if you have your recepts or a list of the mods done with the price of all things it shouldnt be a problem to come up with the value of the car after all is said and done. your insurance and the dumbass' insurance will aprraise the car and then when that is done you get a 3rd appriser to come look at it and tell you the value as well. sorry to hear about your luck there but here is an appraiser in the area i know of....they are in norfolk.
