P.S. Friday I filed charges w/ the Va. Beach Sheriff's dept. They have all of your info. and should be contacting you shortly with the court subpoena.

I've also hired a lawyer, so I will be suing for court costs, lawyer fees, and my $300 + interest as we had discussed. My advice is pay my money, and then you won't have to pay thousands, only the $300 + interest.
