The laws are 100% and well tested by the courts. Your life has to be in immediate danger in a situation where it would not be possible for you to just walk away.
my concealed weapons instructor said that if someone is jacking your car you cant shoot them especially if they pull you out and if you shoot them then you are in trouble, however if the jacker tries to pull you out "and you have your seatbelt on and hes choking you while pulling you out" then you can shoot him because he was going to kill you with the seatbelt .
