my concealed weapons instructor said that if someone is jacking your car you cant shoot them especially if they pull you out and if you shoot them then you are in trouble, however if the jacker tries to pull you out "and you have your seatbelt on and hes choking you while pulling you out" then you can shoot him because he was going to kill you with the seatbelt
