no she lives in virginia beach. yeah it is always best to find a lawyer who knows the local judges and respective authorities very well, because they can always bargain. i recommended her to the same lawyer(REALLY GOOD LAWYER FOR NEW KENT COUNTY) i had who is located in williamsburg, which was recommended by my next door neighbor who retired as a lawyer
. it's always good to have a next door neighbor as a lawyer. the attorney i had met with the prosecutor (person who represented the commonwealth of virginia) prior to my hearing and bargained for a reduced speed fine and 6 months probation.
for some reason i dont think my friend will be so fortunate, but i do appreciate everyones input and hopefully she wont go to jail.
