Yes I have done it, and no, it's not just as easy as pushing them over. It tooks us about 15 minutes to sneak up on one, it was three of us that are pretty good size, and all three shoulder blocked the cow at the same time and it feel right over. You have to be sniper like when sneaking up on them, they are very leery at night.
I always preferred my Bronco w/cow pusher brush guard. Worked a lot easier and you could run down as many as you'd like.
