Back in ~00-01 me and a couple of the USPEED guys went to the track and brought with us 3-4 GSRs mostly stock. I/H/E on some the one I drove to 14.8 had open Air box, ITR exhaust and header. So it was "technically" stock. Just practice..on a shi*tty run we would hit 15.0-.3 so its not that hard to do. The I/H/E guys we constant 14.8-15.0s soooo
