I don't get it though? You'd think someone that was smart enough to get in a position that high would realize that myspace is worthless for information gathering. someone can make their entire profile a joke if they really want to for one, and also, identity theft through fake online profiles is so easy with these services, it really logically can't be used for legit evidence of one's behavior. However, i'm sure there are plenty of people in the government stupid enough to not understand this, and it's quite pathetic. anyone who can't understand it needs to be removed from their position, elbow dropped in the spine, and punched in the asaphagus for being too stupid. I was watching the shit a while back on TV there they had some court case with the myspace, facebook, and xanga guys, and the shit some of those idiotic computer illiterate moron lawyers were suggesting seriously had me rolling on the floor.
