Default whats up with these turbo si's popping up everyhwere?
I leave my apt i see a turbo blue si.

i look left i see a turbo blue si.

i look right i see another turbo blue si.

whats going on here? can anyone confirm these guys exist as locals? if so...why arnt they on drag yet?
