Exactly... the "Langley Challenge" series will be its own NASA-sanctioned championship by SCCA Solo classing, open to anyone and available from Jim's links above. But NASA members specifically may also list their NASA-X car class and have their results/points calculated toward the regular '07 regional NASA autoX championship.
