the problem is that the richie rich parents who buy their 16yr old an STI get pissed off at his funeral and sue the state police for failing to enforce speed limits

fairfax county gets a TON of money off traffic tickets, but that money is what helps make it one of the richest in the country

the irony is that by having the streets so smooth and well kept, speeding is almost encouraged, and then the money from that ticket goes to pave another road, etc etc. but it's not really ironic if you can find a motive...
