i get 4mb download.. tops.. give me a number to call you up at work i'll let ya test my line and see. brandnew apt building...lynksys modem/router same setup i used on comcast and it was 10mb down.
Currently I beleive they are prodcasting Direct Tv's programming through their cable lines.
Just call 222-1111 to set-up a trouble call for slow DL speeds. It's a pretty common issue and it's usually something simple.
