make sure you clean out the threads inside of the block until they are completely dry. there can be no liquids inside of the thread holes. if there is any sort of liquid your headstuds will surely back out and then you will blow your headgasket. trust me already went through this twice. and torque the studs into the block using an allen wrench on a torque wench set at five ft.lbs. or 60 in.lbs.
