wrong. any passenger vehicle made after 1986 and any multipurpose vehicle after 1994 is required to have a CHMSL. it cannot flash either.


you can move it, but just make sure that the light is of an approved type (read: DOT approved) there are some nice small LED lamps that can be installed and hidden easily.
