I think its gonna be the same cycle as before. Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi, and Toyota all brought out flagship sports cars priced $30k+. Some of those prices inflated to upwards of $50k and sales plummeted. I honestly see the same thing happening all over again. How many EVOs is Mitsubishi going to sell at $32k a pop? I don't think that many. Furthermore its rare that car prices go down. So sales will dwindle over time. I do not think it will be profitable for any Japanese car maker to try to sell a $30k-$40k sports car. I believe this renaissance of Japanese sports cars will die off in 3-5 years.

Back to the subject....I do believe Toyota will bring over a new sports car. Whether it is a Supra or not is merely speculation.
