Not top secret. It gives motorcyclists in the area some privacy with regard to group rides and what-not. A few months ago, a couple of members from VADriven received warning messages from possible Police Officers after a group ride organized through VADriven.

I'm thinking about hitting up the BP around 11:30 or 12...
