I got the loan Chase auto finance through the dealer... interest rate will depend on your credit score and the term of your loan. If your military see what USAA is offering they tend to be a little lower than average. When I purchased the vehicle interest rates were higher at the time so in a few months I'm going to look around and swap my loan to a lower rate. Mine is good cause I have a credit score of over 730 but I want a lower one if I can get it.
Getting pre-approved is a good idea too... also a down payment is great if your credit score is lower than mine. If you don't know yours you can go to myfreecreditreport.gov I think and get a free look at yours and see the "actual" score for like 4 dollars. If your credit score is as good as mine or your getting a co-signer you wont need a down payment at all.
