Many ways about getting a loan

You can either get a car professionaly appraised and then most credit unions will give you a loan on stated value

Or you can get a blank check auto loan

Exactly... There ARE ways, but you CAN NOT finance a car like that with a traditional loan. There are extra steps involved, like you mentioned.

With that said, the only easy way to get something like that with any sort of traditional loan would be a blank check loan, where they have no idea what you're buying--only how much you're spending. I think it might be difficult to get like a $30,000 blank check auto loan though. Maybe not.
