tint is no longer an inspection item, although you can still get a ticket for improper equipment if its not within specs.

on that note, its also now legal for inspection to have a banner on your windshield, with graphics, lettering, etc. as long as it doesnt come down past the ASI line, you are fine. you will still get ticket for that gaudy ass shit, but a station cannot reject for it anymore.
