you seem to be the one thats confused, in sentences right next to each other you say first liter bikes aren't restricted, then you say some might be, which is it?
i know indicated speed and road speed aren't the same, but that doesn't have a single thing to do with what i'm saying, if i was argueing the exact speed at which they are restricted then you could bring that up and you might have a point, but if the limiter cuts in at 186 mph on the dash and the bike is really going 178 mph true speed then guess what, its still electronically limiting the bikes top speed

Really? I wasn't aware that there is an event held in Florida. The only east coast event that I can think of is Maxton, which is in NC. Actually the only two 1 mile events that I can think of are Maxton and the Texas Mile. Also that 194mph sure as shit wasn't on a Honda.
