Yep, they are single cam engines. I could swear the one I saw in a racetruck was almost at 8k for a redline. Maybe he hates losing and can afford it.

Those are also regulated race engines so they have to meet the rules of the racing body. Most would be pretty similiar. I just get a kick out of people who take a perfectly good KA and swap it with a totally unknown SR just because its a SR. People bash the KA but it does have a race history in the US.
